All requests must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the confirmed schedule. 

Unless agreed otherwise with the Cleaner, a sum of $18 CAD (or an equivalence to lowest 1 hour rate), will be payable to the Cleaner to compensate for expense and inconvenience, should the Client cancel appointments by giving the Cleaner less than 48 hours notice or no notice at all.

Payment for your cleaning appointment can be made in advance by credit card via PayPal.  Please allow 48 hours for online payment to be processed.  Otherwise, only cash payment, will be accepted at the time of your cleaning appointment.  Cleaner will refuse to carry out the cleaning job if payment is not ready at the time of appointment.  A sum of $18 CAD (or an equivalence to 1 hour rate), will be billable to your account in case of appointment cancellation due to such cause.
